Standard UK Delivery
Please allow 5 to 7 working days for standard UK delivery from the date your order is confirmed. We deliver to all addresses throughout the United Kingdom. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive full tracking information by email so you may follow its journey to you every step of the way.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order and will be confirmed before payment is taken. For larger pieces or remote locations, delivery costs are available on application — please contact us before placing your order and we will provide a full quote.
Packaging
Every piece is packaged individually and specifically for safe transit. Our high quality glass chandeliers and lighting pieces are boxed with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We do not compromise on packaging.
Couriers
We work with trusted specialist couriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS and Palletforce for larger pieces, ensuring your order is in safe and experienced hands throughout its journey.
Visit Us In Store
Many of the pieces in our online collection are available to view in our boutique at 40A Bell Street, Henley-on-Thames. You are warmly welcome to visit us in person before purchasing — to see the piece, experience it in person, and take the time a considered decision deserves. We always have time for a proper conversation.
