At Riviera House Interiors, we take great care in presenting each piece honestly and beautifully — through detailed photography, accurate descriptions, and the option to view many of our pieces in person at our Henley-on-Thames boutique before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

All sales at Riviera House Interiors are final. Each high quality glass chandelier and lighting piece in our collection is personally selected and sourced specifically for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on unwanted items once a purchase has been made.

We strongly encourage you to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions. We are happy to provide additional photographs, video, measurements or any other information you may need to purchase with complete confidence.

Damaged Items

We take every possible measure to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, the following procedure must be followed:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted. Please retain all original packaging and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the item and the packaging.

Once a damage claim has been accepted, we will arrange collection of the damaged item at no cost to you. Where possible, we will arrange a replacement. Each case is treated individually and with the greatest care. Replacement pieces may require up to 5 to 7 working days to arrange as certain items require specialist delivery.
